AWARD WINNING Having an award-winning project published in “25 Tropical Houses in Singapore and Malaysia” – The Khai House, we are reputed to build high-class quality projects and residences.

In 2006, our esteemed project with Changi Village Hotel, was honoured with the SIA (Singapore Institute of Architects) Architectural Design Award.
RECOGNITION Successfully completing the interior fitting and furniture works in under a month for Immigration & Checkpoints Authority, ICA Building. We also had the privilege of refurbishing and remodeling Singapore’s former President Wee Kim Wee’s personal residence.

TMG was the appointed contractor for our biggest single government project thus far with National Institute of Education (NIE) Singapore. We are especially proud of achieving a defect-free project where our production standards met the expectations and achieved the quality required by Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) delivering in under 6 weeks at Raffles City Tower.
